Fraudulent Job Offers
Some recruitment advertisements fraudulently use the QCS Qatar name and logo. These advertisements offer fake employment opportunities and ask for personal information and/or payments in advance for hire.
Please be aware that QCS Qatar its affiliates, and its accredited recruitment agencies, do not charge candidates any fees whatsoever at any part of the recruitment process.
QCS Qatar will not accept liability, under any circumstances, for loss and/or damage resulting from these unauthorized advertisements, whether direct or consequential.
Any misuse or misleading representations of the QCS Qatar name or logo should be reported immediately to hr@qcs-qatar.com

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

STAGE 1: APPLICATION
A candidate can apply to a maximum of three positions of interest which correspond to his/her educational background, skills set and experience. An e-mail is sent to the candidate confirming receipt of the application.
STAGE 2: ASSESSMENT
Once the application is submitted in our system, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position. Due to the large volume of applications, we receive, only the candidates most closely aligned with the position requirements and will be contacted directly. Candidates who are not selected for an interview will be accordingly advised by email.
STAGE 3: INTERVIEW
The interview process may include a telephone/video conference interview with a QCS Qatar recruiter and/or line manager and a face-to-face/onsite interview. The primary purpose of the interview process is to assess the technical and cultural correspondence of the candidate with the needs of QCS Qatar and serves as a way for the candidate to gain a better understanding of the opportunity.
STAGE 4: SELECTION
QCS Qatar will offer letters to candidates who have successfully passed the interviews as well as all other requirements.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT CHECKS
QCS Qatar will undertake the relevant pre-employment checks like education verification, criminal record check, work experience verification and any other relevant check to comply with our internal policies and government/immigration requirements.
QCS takes the background verification process very seriously as it’s a mandatory requirement.
In case of any negative feedback received for a particular candidate, hiring will be revoked.
